# Host and delivery planning brief

AI-native training by LockedIn Labs · Edition 1, 28 October 2026

Use this to discuss a real workshop relationship. It does not establish a partnership, license, affiliation or permission to use a logo. Contact [LockedIn Labs enterprise training](https://training.lockedinlabs.ai/enterprise) to agree a scope. No named delivery partners are asserted by this brief.

## Choose one relationship

- **Community or venue host:** provides a suitable space, local coordination and accessibility arrangements for a defined workshop. Hosting does not confer curriculum or instructor approval.
- **Employer learning team:** identifies a permitted workflow, learner prerequisites, environment and receiving owner. Internal practice remains separate from access to real systems and a production rollout.
- **Delivery organization:** proposes named practitioner instructors for topic-specific observation and co-teaching. A signed delivery/material agreement and accountable course owner are needed before representing a course as offered with LockedIn Labs.

## Agree the operating boundary

| Question | Planning decision to record |
| --- | --- |
| Learners and goal | Audience, baseline task, prerequisites, expected artifact and receiving action. |
| Faculty | Named lead and assistant, observed topic/version scope, coverage and backup. |
| Materials | Exact curriculum/lab version, allowed use and required attribution; approved marks and copy only. |
| Environment | Runtime/setup check, permitted data, network/account needs, fallback and support owner. |
| Delivery | Confirmed city/venue or remote format, accessible facilities, date/time zone, breaks and capacity supported by faculty. |
| Evidence | Separate participant records, consent for any observation or recording, retention/deletion responsibility and permitted reporting. |
| Commercial terms | Actual price or free status, responsibility for costs, cancellation and written participant terms before booking. |
| Follow-through | Owner for a receiving review, a changed transfer task and correction of teaching/material defects. |
| Public representation | Approved course description, named faculty/host consent and exact relationship; no implied vendor endorsement. |

For the proposed Tampa launch, the workshop materials are available now. Venue, live date, roster, capacity and any external relationship remain decisions to confirm. Do not open registration or present a host as a partner merely because an inquiry was made.

## A useful pilot observation

Compare each consenting participant's starting explanation with their own artifact, the receiving action another person actually attempted, the assistance provided and one later changed task. Report observations and uncertainty. An attendance total, satisfaction rating or working group demo does not establish independent field competence, employer recognition or placement.
