The room keeps
the work moving.
Not another AI feed. A free community workspace organized around shared artifacts, useful feedback, and proof that survives the conversation. Live cohort cadence activates only after delivery coverage is confirmed.
A 120-minute practice target, owned evidence, and one structured shareback to the room.
Open tools, live constraint, visible work. No passive lecture.
Peers respond to the work; the rubric keeps feedback precise.
Close the loop, publish the artifact, advance the graph.
The door is open.
The seat is earned.
Membership is real and free — a working account, not a mailing list. From there the ladder is explicit: the cohort is designed to run the method at full strength once delivery coverage is confirmed, and an enterprise program begins only through a scoped agreement.
The community
FREE — NO CARDA real account and an honest look at the whole method. The door is open to anyone who intends to do the work.
The cohort
APPLICATION OPEN · TARGET STARTThe commitment. A fixed weekly cadence, rubric-based work review, and a credential path. Final start and live instruction are confirmed after signed delivery coverage; practitioner defense requires vetted roster coverage.
The enterprise program
SCOPED PER ORGANIZATIONA scoped forward-deployed engagement is designed around your teams, approved stack, and operating constraints. Delivery coverage, outputs, handover, and commercial terms activate only in a written agreement.
Requests are stored for manual review. No seat, response time, or paid enrollment is granted automatically; cohort capacity remains a target until delivery coverage is confirmed.
Community with a job to do.
The goal is not engagement. The goal is to help every member inspect the work, improve it, and leave the room with a concrete next move.
The work is the conversation.
Questions begin with an artifact, a constraint, or a decision. The room can see what changed and help with the next move.
Small rooms, shared cadence.
Your cohort moves through the same operating rhythm, so help arrives with context instead of starting from zero.
Handles protect the person.
Member work is private to the cohort and identified by operator handle. Proof can be published only when its owner chooses.
The useful parts compound.
Field notes, replies, reviews, and artifacts stay attached to the work. Insight becomes part of the operating system.
Feedback points to the next move.
A strong community answer is not applause and not a hot take. It names the blocker, shows the evidence, and leaves the builder with a concrete revision.
// rate-limiter rollout — spec v3
+ gate("human", on: "deploy", when: blastRadius > 0)
+ eval("adversarial-burst", expect: THROTTLE)
− retry(∞)
+ retry(3, backoff: EXP, onError: ESCALATE)
− // TODO: rollback later
+ rollback("versioned", tested: true)
Rollback case missing — agent skipped it twice
BLOCKERConstraints read like a spec, not a wishlist. Good.

REQUIREDLaunch the smallest room that can earn trust.
The community expands only after the layer before it is real. This keeps the promise aligned with what members can use today.
Cohort room
The roster-gated layer is built: private posts and replies, shared artifacts, a published session calendar, and a working board scoped to a cohort. The first cohort has not run.
Operator commons
The open room is live for signed-in accounts: field notes, questions, owned artifacts, replies, reporting, and moderation. Cohort boards remain roster-gated.
Expert network
Office hours and specialist consults activate as founding experts sign. Until then, the product labels the expert desk as a preview.
Help set the standard for the room.
Cohort 07 is the founding cohort. Members will train inside the platform, use the working board, and help shape the norms the operator community carries forward.
Seat requests are reviewed manually while payments remain in demo mode. No card is collected from this page.
