Refunds without the runaround.
Paid enrollment and public checkout are not active today. These are the intended default terms for when they are, published now so applicants can review the policy before activation.
These are the intended default refund terms once paid enrollment activates. No public payment or paid enrollment is live today.
Cohort seats: intended two-week window
Once paid cohort enrollment is active, the intended default is a full refund when requested before the start of the cohort's third week. The final enrollment agreement will state the exact window before payment.
Weeks one and two exist so you can judge fit — instructor, cadence, material — with real evidence. If it is not right, that is what the window is for.
After week two: intended delivery remedy
The intended default after week two is a pro-rata remedy tied to undelivered service — for example, a cancelled cohort or extended platform failure — calculated against the remaining program period.
The written enrollment terms will control any live purchase. This page does not create a refund entitlement before paid enrollment is activated.
Self-paced access: planned cancellation terms
Self-paced billing is not active today. If a monthly subscription launches, the intended default is cancellation at any time with access continuing through the current paid period.
Any live subscription will display its price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before a card is collected.
How requests will work
After payment activation, refund requests will go to legal@lockedinlabs.ai from the address used for enrollment. The enrollment confirmation will repeat the process and controlling terms.
No public payment is live today, so the checkout preview cannot create a charge that needs to be refunded.
Enterprise agreements
If your organization signs a custom enterprise agreement, the payment, cancellation, and refund terms in that agreement prevail over this policy preview.
