Terms without the fog.
These terms govern use of LockedIn Labs. They are written to be read — if something here is unclear, ask before you assume.
The service
LockedIn Labs is an AI implementation, consulting, and delivery firm. This site operates its training system: self-paced lessons, a capability graph, curriculum tool references, community surfaces, and proof-of-work workflows. Interactive tool runtimes are not bundled today. Live cohorts, paid enrollment, expert-led review, and assessed certification activate only when the published program requirements and operating coverage are in place.
Accounts and acceptable use
One person per account, and account details must be real. Cohort seats are not transferable without asking us. You agree not to attack or probe the platform, scrape it, share access, or submit content you do not have the rights to.
Do not upload PHI or other regulated data — the platform is not built for it by default. See our security page for the data-handling posture and the right way to start a regulated-data conversation.
Community content can be reported and reviewed. We may hide or remove content, or suspend community access, when needed to enforce these terms and protect members. We document moderation decisions and provide a way to contact us if you believe an action was mistaken.
Your content
You keep full ownership of everything you create and submit — your artifacts are your intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to host them, review them, display them back to you and your reviewers inside the platform, and use de-identified aggregates to improve the curriculum.
We do not sell your work, and we do not publish it outside the platform without your permission. If we ever want to showcase an artifact — for example, as an exemplar in the curriculum — we ask first.
Certifications: what they mean — and don't
A LockedIn Labs certification is a record of assessed work at a stated level: scored against a published rubric and backed by a portfolio of artifacts. Activation and expert-defense requirements are stated on the certification page.
It is not a guarantee of employment, promotion, or business outcomes. It is not an accredited degree or a government-recognized professional license. Anyone who tells you a training certificate guarantees an outcome is selling you something — we would rather be credible than flattering.
Payments and refunds
Tuition is not published. A seat is granted through a reviewed application and a fit conversation, and the figure, taxes, and terms are confirmed in writing before anything is agreed or paid.
This checkout is a product preview. Payments and paid enrollment are not live. No card is collected or charged, and a preview confirmation is not a purchase or paid enrollment.
Once a paid enrollment is activated, refunds are governed by our refund policy and the written enrollment agreement. The policy currently publishes intended defaults; no public checkout transaction is live today.
Liability, in plain English
The platform is provided as is. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free content.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made based on the training. Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; email notice begins when outbound account mail is configured. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can close your account. Refund rights apply only where a paid enrollment agreement and the refund policy provide them.
