The engineer defends the threat model, data boundary, control evidence, residual risk, and authority envelope under adversarial questioning.

- Every consequential action has an identity, bounded authority, observable record, and tested denial or recovery path. Human approval steps name the decision, evidence, timeout, fallback, and accountable person. The engineer narrows or stops the system when evidence does not support authorization.
