CLIENT DELIVERY / FACILITATED POD PRACTICE
Make the handoff work for the next person.
Delivering together means another person can find the evidence, challenge the result and take the next step. Practice that handoff through five roles and a changing client request.

SET UP THE TABLE
Practice the handoffs
inside a delivery pod.
Practice a bounded client decision, an explicit artifact handoff and an independent receiving check. Each person keeps their own contribution and reasoning.
Use five people where possible. Smaller groups can combine roles and state which check had no independent observer. Solo practice is self-review. Each participant opens their own tab; the group shares a candidate label manually.
Work is temporary. Download a Resume file (JSON) before leaving, then open it here to continue in a later session. Use fictional details; no employee names, private client records or access tokens are needed. Your entries stay in this tab; nothing is submitted. Code runs in your terminal.
A file, a receiving task and a clear boundary.
Download the starter into a local folder, read it, and use Node.js 24 for optional execution. No packages, model or provider account are required. Tabletop-only groups can inspect the file and keep their answers labeled as predictions.
The fictional front desk drafts administrative replies for location A. It supplies an actor and current-source flags. Those fixtures do not establish real identity, access or source-steward authority, and the starter has no sending capability.
One participant may facilitate. Declare hints, combined roles and who actually performed each receiving check.
YOUR INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE RECORD
One shared case. Your own reasoning.
Each participant uses their own tab. Share a candidate label manually; this page does not synchronize the group. Work stays temporarily in this tab and is lost on refresh or leaving. Export before you go.
Resume a saved draft
Choose a Resume file (JSON) previously downloaded from this workbench. It is read locally in this tab; the file is not uploaded or stored here. Readable Markdown and JSON reports cannot reopen the editor.

What would you support first?
A fictional front-desk team wants administrative reply drafts for location A. The first slice finds the current form-location procedure, prepares a supported draft and leaves sending to an operator. The pod must hand over a candidate another person can inspect and challenge.
Choose the role you will practice. Write the smallest next step you would support, the evidence you need and the decision you cannot make for another owner.
Starting the rounds locks this role and first decision. Your later reasoning belongs in the round records and debrief.
Choose a role and decision, then add your reasoning to start. No name is required.
Your first decision has not been locked.
TAKE THE RECORD INTO THE FULL ENGAGEMENT
Connect the handoff to the delivery.
The client-delivery capstone brings together discovery, implementation, evaluation, recovery and the receiving-team packet. Bring your own contribution, the challenge you received and the decision still waiting on an owner.
