AI fluency at work / Separate follow-up practice
Keep an approval
within its scope.
A fee decision arrives. Check the new packet before turning it into a customer promise, an appointment change or a claim that billing has finished.
Review the new packet01 / Read the decision at its actual scope
Locate the source
for each state.
Read D-19 and C-6, then review four sentences. Supported means a supplied source backs the exact claim. Revise means it supports something narrower or contradicts the sentence. Ask the owner means a required fact or approval is missing. Explain your next action; the labels are study help.
You can use this packet on its own. If you tried the first lesson, retain that record separately. Note previous exposure and help before opening the teaching notes. This public guided exercise is available to everyone and is not a held-out assessment.
- Dispatch / appointmentConfirm or refuse the requested move
Keep the existing appointment until the owner changes it.
- Service lead / decision scopeLimit the approval to O-42
A named-order decision grants no future entitlement.
- Billing / applied effectLocate the actual posting evidence
Leave the result unknown if no receipt is available.
02 / Review the evidence
Would you send this?
Read the sources and their roles. Choose what each sentence needs, then compare your reasoning with the teaching notes.

YOUR LOCAL PRACTICE
Continue where you left off.
Save your choices, first snapshots and notes for each case. Reopen the Resume file here on another visit. Files stay on your device; nothing is uploaded.
The Markdown workbook is for reading and sharing. Only a Resume file can reopen these controls. Use fictional details and keep the files under your agreed handling arrangements.
This separate fictional packet supplies an order-specific approval record within the story. Check exactly what it changes and which states remain unestablished. The original lesson's saved choices do not carry into this case. Your work in each case stays here while this page is open.
- D-19 / Dispatch
Keep the current appointment
Thursday is requested. Ask dispatch to decide the change; the previous Tuesday appointment remains confirmed.
- C-6 / Service lead
Limit the fee decision
Removal is approved for O-42 only. That decision supplies no future-order entitlement or booking change.
- Billing / Receiving action
Verify the applied change
No billing receipt is supplied. Ask the authorized billing owner to locate the actual entry or report that it remains unknown.
C-6 supports the named-order fee decision. D-19 keeps the earlier appointment current. Neither source supplies a billing posting receipt; a fluent update cannot fill that gap.
AI draft / authored teaching example
Your delivery has moved to Thursday 5 November, 14:00–17:00.
The service lead approved removal of the $25 charge for order O-42 only.
All your future deliveries are now free.
Billing has already removed the charge from your account.
No score or automatic send decision. Unselected choices remain unrecorded.
03 / Keep work another person can receive
Write the message you can support.
Write a customer update using D-19 and C-6. Keep the current appointment, requested change and named-order approval distinct. Identify the billing evidence still missing and give each receiving owner a concrete question. Record prior exposure and assistance before reading the teaching notes.
Give a colleague the sources and your record. Ask them to locate one changed decision without your narration. Record their actual action and any help. Save a Resume file above before leaving or reloading; unsaved notes stay only in this open page. Nothing is uploaded.
For a colleague to read offline or print. This file cannot resume editing.

04 / Receive the work
Give the next owner
an answerable question.
Give this source packet and your record to a colleague. Ask them to locate the current appointment, the scope of C-6 and the missing billing effect without your narration. Each person retains their own action, assistance and unresolved question. Dispatch owns the appointment decision; the service lead owns the scoped fee decision; billing must confirm any applied change. A facilitator coordinates the next attempt without acquiring those permissions.
Use the separate follow-up Resume file to continue this packet. It cannot replace the first lesson’s Resume file because the exact source packets differ. The readable workbook includes D-19, C-6, your initial/current choices and any assistance. It records practice, not a real approval, posting, observed independence or qualification.
