Keep AI delivery moving responsibly.

Replan around a missing dependency while preserving clear owners, review points, and a usable handoff.

You will create Delivery plan + dependency decision

Step 1 of 6 · Example

A blocked release does not block every useful task.

In this worked example, the source owner is unavailable until Thursday. A team was planning a support-assistant pilot on Wednesday.

  1. Separate

Approved source material is needed for the pilot. Synthetic-case testing, operator rehearsal, and rollback documentation can continue independently.

  2. Assign

Name the source owner for approval, the delivery lead for the revised plan, and the support owner for the rehearsal. Agree a decision checkpoint.

  3. Communicate

Explain the blocked dependency, work that can continue, the next decision time, and what must be demonstrated before setting a new pilot date.

A useful plan connects dependencies to decisions and owners. It does not hide a missing approval behind a confident date.
